Erol started his hairdressing career at the age of 15. It was immediately noted that he had a natural flair and aptitude for the art of hairdressing.

Within a short period of time, he was a well-known stylist in an award-winning salon in Turkey. In 2008, his creative cutting and styling techniques brought him to London, helping customers to transform their look.
